Ananda brings an experienced and in-depth point of view to commercial real estate with more than ten years practicing, almost ten years of brick-and-mortar business ownership, as well as four years and counting as a Landlord herself.
Her business ownership experience included 8 years of building, owning, and operating premium fitness retail locations, a company she exited with a successful sale in 2012. Prior to business ownership Ananda excelled in a decade-long marketing and sales career working directly with small companies in forming their brand identity and business development.
Today Ananda brings strategic business minded methodology in her approach to working with real estate clients. For the Landlord she takes the initiative to present what is possible to gain the most out of the asset, giving guidance on market trends while relentlessly soliciting the best Tenants and deal points possible.
For the Tenant, Ananda is compelled to ensure that they are both prepared for business ownership or expansion with solid planning, and financial strength and ultimately have the right location to be successful. Regarded as one of the most passionate brokers, with a unique niche of helping Chefs become Restaurateurs. She doesn’t strive for inking deals, she wants to celebrate renewals and be invited to anniversary parties!
