Jason Warner is a true advocate for his real estate clients through a very important transaction, possibly the largest transaction of their lives. When buying, selling or renting an apartment, you need an agent like him to walk you through the process armed with experience, knowledge, and the professional support to succeed. Jason started in real estate as a rental agent in the East Village in the summer of 2004. In 2007, Jason moved his career to Brooklyn and Queens specializing in the 'New Gold Coast of New York Real Estate,' Long Island City, Williamsburg and Brooklyn Heights. Lately he has expanded his reach beyond the coast and out to Bushwick and Bed-Stuy realizing that was there was a great opportunity for his clients in these rapidly developing neighborhoods. Jason appreciates these special neighborhoods and the incredible transformations they've undergone. Working with buyers, sellers and, most recently, developers, Jason has closed tens of millions in real estate transactions over the past decade and was recently appointed to the Citi Habitats President’s Council.
Prior to entering real estate, Jason enjoyed a career in sales and management in the high-end world of retail. Over the years, he learned the benefits of product knowledge and patience in serving a discerning clientele. With his strong dedication, excellent negotiating and good humor, Jason will make sure that your real estate needs are met, and that your entire experience is enjoyable. He focuses on building relationships and trust among his clients through hard work and dedication.
This native New Yorker currently lives in Williamsburg, and grew up on Roosevelt Island. Jason embraces everything about the city he lives and works in. From playing softball in the park to going to a Broadway show, he loves everything about New York and is always looking for more ways to get involved in the city where he lives and works
