Licensed Real Estate Salesperson
Joey moved to New York City at 18 years old and landed his first walk-up apartment in Chelsea and fell in love with the architecture of the city; from the historic brownstones in the West Village apartments to the magnificent duplex apartments on the Upper West Side. He initially moved to NYC for college to study fashion merchandising at LIM College and finished my Bachelor's degree in Communications from Southern New Hampshire University.
Ten years in the fashion industry gave Joey a vast knowledge and burst of creativity that attributed to his love of talking and working with people. With this, Joey decided to transition into the real estate world where he could utilize his fashion knowledge and love of architecture to find and design beautiful homes for his clients.
The skills Joey has learned in his previous line of work have helped to understand that it is all in the details. It does not matter whether you are conjuring up the perfect zipper for a jacket or searching for the
perfect living room with east faced lighting; everything should be taken into consideration to feel one's best in their new surroundings. Being a fashion inclined agent allows Joey to harmonize his greatest loves of style and real estate into one perfect marriage.
Joey loves to travel and explore new cities. He also enjoys fashion blogging, which ultimately leads him to shopping. If you can't find him at the office or helping a client he is most likely in the Neiman Marcus shoe salon.
